Melanie brings over 6 years of Real Estate knowledge and experience to all of her clients and an understanding that every client and their buying and/or selling needs are unique - no two transactions are the same! 

Prior to completing her Real Estate License, Melanie attended Seneca College and earned her Law Clerk Diploma in 2016, and further enhanced her education with the paralegal program in 2017. This desire to learn and expand her skill set is indicative of her nature in both professional and personal life - she is a very driven, hardworking, consummate professional. 

Since graduating, Melanie has the unique advantage of possessing several years of experience working in Law Firms focusing on Real Estate and has gained extensive experience within residential, commercial, and condo development. She then began her career as a Realtor on an Award Winning Team in Cambridge. Melanie draws on this valuable experience to help her clients make knowledgeable, confident, and informed real estate decisions. 

Melanie is very dedicated to her clients and to her community and her genuine, kind and committed personality ensures that she works hard to build strong core relationships with both.
